Following in the footsteps of more than half a century of socio-cultural programming at Landhuis Bloemhof, we work closely with a variety of local organizations and individuals to bring you a broad spectrum of cultural activities. Community groups book the main hall for amongst others book presentations, music recitals, lectures, theatrical performances and award ceremonies. These events are often open to the public, at times against payment of a small fee.

We also regularly organize activities to complement our selling and themed exhibits, such as demonstrations, lectures and audio-visual presentations. From time to time we have the pleasure of presenting showings of privately produced films, poetry readings and research findings from projects our friends are working on.

Our aim is to develop a regular and diversified flow of cultural presentations for our audience, in this light we present for instance story telling evenings a few times a year around in our garden by the light of a full moon.
